Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing & Authorization Executive to support our US healthcare operations. Candidates with up to six months of experience are preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome, as structured training will be provided. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute provider credentialing activities in accordance with payer and regulatory guideline
  • Process and manage prior authorization requests for medical services
  • Collect, review, and validate provider documentation including licenses, certifications, and enrollments
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to track credentialing and authorization status
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, payer policies, and turnaround time standards
  • Communicate professionally with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 0–6 months of experience in credentialing, prior authorization, or US healthcare operations (preferred)
  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle processes is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in US business hours
