• Accurately post medical charges in billing systems
• Verify patient details, encounter forms, and medical documents
• Ensure correct usage of CPT and ICD codes
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
• Work closely with billing and AR teams
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and data security protocols
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets
