Job Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with US-based clients and stakeholders over voice calls.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
• Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Build positive relationships through effective communication and customer service.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with International BPO or Voice Process experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neutral English accent with clear pronunciation.
• Confident speaking and active listening skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude..
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts

Preferred Candidates

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Support, or US Healthcare process will be an added advantage.
